We were recently honoured for our longevity at the opening of our 101st Annual Juried Exhibition by Alan Player-Mason, the president of the Manitoba Historical Society for enhancing Manitoba’s social and cultural life for over one hundred years. He commended us for the enduring volunteerism it takes to keep an organization running for this length of time. Both he and Dan Furlan of the Centennial Organizations Awards Committee were impressed by the quality of artwork and would spread the word for their members to come and enjoy the exhibition.
